To learn how to talk about mental health in business, and to have the right reactions at the right time, the Executive Health office is launching a major awareness campaign because suffering at work affects all men and women, including managers and executives.
Spot the signs of discomfort
By training in mental health, managers and employees will learn the “words that save” in order to spot the signs of discomfort or suffering. They will thus be able to alert and refer effectively to professionals or other forms of support.
Greater open-mindedness
The organization of these training programs helps eliminate the stigma that still surrounds mental health. This encourages managers and employees to be more open-minded and to consider that it is completely natural to discuss personal experiences and difficulties.
