A contribution of omega and vitamin E
These omegas are found in many foods and more particularly in rapeseed and sunflower vegetable oils and margarines. In addition to their contributions in omega and vitamin E, these will also enhance the flavors of classic winter and end-of-year holiday dishes.

Rapeseed and sunflower oils contribute to the recommended daily intake of omega 3, for rapeseed oil, and omega 6, for rapeseed and sunflower oils, essential fatty acids that our body cannot produce.< br>
Maintain normal cholesterol levels
Omegas 3 and 6 must therefore be provided through food. They help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, as part of a varied and balanced diet associated with a healthy lifestyle. Vegetable oils also contain vitamin E which helps protect body cells from oxidative stress.
A recommendation from ANSES
With just 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and a knob of margarine per day, you will reach the daily intake recommended by the National Food Safety Agency (ANSES) .
